Dave Honey (4th degree black belt) is a fully qualified, CRB-checked, instructor with the A.P.T.I. and teaches weekly Tae Kwon Do martial arts classes in Ashford (Kent), Bognor Regis and Rustington (West Sussex).
We
also run a specialist children’s club called Lil Dragons for 5–10 years offering exciting activites that put the fun back into physical fitness in a time
when there is increasing concern about the levels of activity in children. Once joined, your child will receive awards, such as
merit badges and certificates, just for taking part.

- There is no age limit for Tae Kwon Do – we are happy to teach members from 5 – 70+ years old!

- Tae Kwon Do is suitable for all levels of fitness, as we build up beginners’ fitness gradually, taking age and ability into account.
