Traditional Tae Kwon Do
These classes are suitable for anyone 11 years and over.
Designed for people who wish to learn the more traditional ITF style of Tae Kwon Do developed by General Choi Hong Hi (1918-2002). Including some Korean history, philosophy & terminology.
Classes usually consist of a warm up, stretching, some technical work, pad work, self defence & sparring, with breaking also becoming an option at a later stage for adult students.

- Do I need a uniform to take part?
- No, it’s fine for you to start training in loose comfortable clothing, e.g. tracksuit bottoms and a T-shirt.
- Do I need to have a certain level of fitness?
- Not at all, classes are structured to allow all ages & abilities to train together working within your capabilities & increasing at a gradual pace.
- Is there anything I need to bring?
- Just a small bottle of water & a towel.
