Check out our new Autumn timetable, with effect from 1st September. Please note changes to Scorpion Demo Team time & date, and look out for new exciting classes including: beginners classes, womens only Tae Kwon Do & refresher classes.

Unsure of your patterns ? Feel a bit rusty on technique ? Then this class is the perfect way to ease back into training!

New ! Women Only Tae Kwon Do Class Starting 7th September 2010

A new class just for Women who would like to get fit, tone up, improve their self image & learn to defend themselves in a safe and friendly enviorment.

Classes every Tuesday starting from 7th September, from 7.00pm – 8.00pm.

Training is for all females aged 11 years plus & abilities from beginner – black belt.

Southern Tae kwon Do will be closed on 30th August for the bank holiday.If you are missing a class due to the one day closure please come along to train on an alternative day (see time table for options) . Thank you!

You are invited to attend a new class for beginners only, who have little or no previous martial arts experience, but would like to give it a try.

This is a mixed class for anyone aged 11+ years.

Your first session is free! so what have you got to lose???

Please wear loose clothing & arrive a few minutes early to register.

Classes are held every Friday with effect from 3rd September, 7.00pm – 8.00pm.
